He is very cute. The faraway expression gives nice insight into the character. His neck is a bit short, even for a chibi. His arms curl in a bit awkwardly due to the slight bump at his back, you might want to tone it down a bit. The blush on his cheek is a bit low, it should actually be rather close to his eye. The line art type effect gives him a lot of definition and is different from what you usually do. His fox ears are shaped nicely, and I have nothing to attack there. This is definitely one of my favorites of your drawings!
